ODBPro USB Scan tool not detected problem

I am having a problem with my OBDPro USB scan tool NOT being discovered when plugged into my laptop. I am running Windows 7 with administrator priveleges so I am certain it's not a driver issue. I get the same result( no detection when plugged into my desktop usb which is running Windows XP. Seems to me, that it's the scan tool itself that is mal-functioning.  Any thoughts  Sad

Hi Mark,

On windows 7 sometimes the local driver that gets picked up might be incorrect, can you please install the driver from here and then try again?
